Molly is shopping for thistleweeds in the Old Slave Market area one morning. Given that it’s neutral ground, she never expected the Goblin gang to scurry out of sight down an alley with a struggling urchin in arm. Surprised as she was, it took her a moment to register that truly bad things were afoot if she decided to involve herself.
The novelty of involving herself still hadn’t worn off yet, and she liked to do it with regularity, despite the attendant pitfalls it presented.
Molly had just made up her mind to head in when the young Sarah dumps all her books in Mollys arms with a slight curse and heads down the alley. She mutters an apology about the inconvience, which Molly then ignores and follows after, leaving the stack of texts just out of sight. When Sarah pulls a wooden practice sword from her back, things start to look Really interesting!
A short while later, the two emerged from the alley, sending a young urchin off into the market to run away, all parties relatively unscathed. The goblins couldn’t say the same, but they’d been hunting a bit too close to safe areas for anyone’s comfort. As Molly comes into the corner, thinking she’ll never find that Thistleweed, a beautiful woman rounds the alley corner, smiling all the way. She leans in to Molly and says “Thistleweed is good for some many things. Makes a fantastic aphrodesiac. You should step into the Light and I’ll show you how good it makes you feel.”
Simone hands her a white on white card and saunters away.
